On Tuesday October 18th members of the Cutchogue Fire Department visited the New Suffolk Common School as part of their 2022 Fire Safety Program.

The children had the opportunity to visit with the firefighters and tour the department's fire safety trailer where they learned about the many dangers in the home.

Children also had the opportunity to tour the different fire and rescue apparatus that were on display at the school as well as learn about the many skills and tools that the firefighters and EMT's use.

Over the course of the past week firefighters have had the opportunity to educate over 600 children in our local schools and community.

The officers and members of the Cutchogue Fire Department would like to thank everyone who helped make our 2022 Fire prevention programs a success.
